What exists

Open for comment

Every instrument here is open for comment at council@prepgraph.com. The voting members review each one, and reaffirm, amend or withdraw it.

What the programme produces

Planned outputs

The founding instruments are published on this site. The Council's programme builds on them with open resources a school can adopt and adapt, each published free to any school, whether or not it has any connection to the Council, in a form meant to be edited by the school rather than adopted unchanged. Members see each draft before publication, so that they can correct it or record their dissent.

  1. 01

    Model responsible AI use policy

A school policy in adoptable form: permitted use, prohibited use, disclosure of AI assistance in submitted work, staff use, data rules, and a review clause with a date on it. Written to be amended by a school, not signed as it stands.

  2. 02

    Vendor question set

The questions a school should be able to ask before signing anything: where the claim was measured and on whom, what data leaves the school and where it goes, what happens to that data at exit, who is accountable when an output is wrong, and what the tool costs in teacher time as well as in fees. It names no products.

  3. 03

    Teacher AI capability framework

What a teacher should be able to do, described in observable levels, so that a school can plan development and recognise progress instead of counting attendance at a workshop.

  4. 04

    Student AI readiness outline

Age-appropriate expectations for middle and senior school, framed around judgement, verification and academic honesty rather than tool operation.

  5. 05

    Parent communication note

A plain-language note a school can adapt and send home: what the school does with AI, what it does not do, what it asks of families, and whom a parent should contact with a concern.

  6. 06

    Annual perspective note

A discussion paper on AI readiness in Indian schools, distinguishing plainly between what has been observed, what is inferred and what remains open.

  7. 07

    Roundtable notes

Closed-door roundtables for school leaders, with a public note of what was concluded, and public sessions in which drafts are argued rather than presented.

Terms of publication

How the Council publishes

Everything on this register is published in full at a public address, free, to any school, whether or not it has any connection to the Council. There is no form and no registration gate, and reading a document needs no account. Every instrument is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0, so a school may amend one, and may remove the Council's name from it, without asking permission. A changed instrument is issued as a new version with the change noted, and earlier versions are retained.

The Founding Chair's office

The terms of the Founding Chair's office are set out in full in the instrument at 08.

From the independence policy

Quoted, so that the terms above are not the Council's paraphrase of itself.

  • No gated outputs

Every Council publication is available in full at a public address without registration, form, email address or account, and is free to reuse under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.

Anyone can test this in a browser without identifying themselves.

  • Open by default

Free, full, public, reusable under CC BY 4.0. No form stands between a school and a Council output.

  • Versioned and archived

Every output carries its version and date, earlier versions are retained, and each is deposited in a public archive outside PrepGraph's control, named in the output.
